I have to give a notice on behalf of my client for complete his registration of flat which he have possession for years,and payment all his dues regarding this.but the secretary of this apartment commit fruad with them.please send me form of legal notice in this matter.

In a notice, in general, you are to introduce yourself, then opposite party and his/her nexus of dispute and lastly what do you want giving a time bound call.
Drafting a notice may be taken from any book on pleading and procedure in any legal liberary.

you can send ordinary legal notice to him, with all the payments details with date mentioned in the notice.
