After fiilling of written statement by respondent

Respectd learned memebers,
Here i have come with a query for your helpful answeres.
1)Now the case has been put in councelling in the family court and my wuestion is aftr the counselling if failed what is the next procedure?
2)Is the evidence stage is soon after the end of counselling?

after counciling next stage is for petitioner evidence, if the respondent has filed the objections to main petition.

If Respondent already filed WS, (if not yet, then first step file ws) Next frame issues , and thereafter Petitioner have to give evidence.(Either personally or by filing Sworn Affidavit in exam in chief.
