My husband was diagnoised with pscyiatric problems in 2009. With the help of my inlaws and my parents i got him treated at mental health treatment facility. He stopped taking medication after a period of 8 months. All my problems started from then onwards. Now my husband is physically abusing me for getting him treated. He believes that he is not having any problem and i ruined his life my getting him treated. In the month of march he physically abused and send me to my parents house with my daughter. My son is still with him for past 2 months. He is not allowing me to meet him. Iam worried about my child. How can i claim the custody of child. I need an expert advice in this regard.

you cna make application to court for custody of your son . point out that your husband is having psychiatric problems and wont be in position to look after your son . court will grant you custody . but you need your husband medical reports

you can alaso file Dv case aaginst your husband . in said case you can seek protection order against your husband , ask for mainteance , custody of children , right to stay in shared household

if you can prove the allegations against your husband mean just approach the court.. file a petition for custody of children.,
