My Friend Grand Father died without making a WILL his LR`s are as follows
1st wife 1 son (My friend) and 2nd wife 2 sons, he is a Hindu in religion. (both 1 & 2nd wife are also died), Now my question how the property will divided among the LR`s.
1st wife son get half of the property or 1/3 property.

property might be divided 4 equal shares.
first wife+first wife's son+2 sons of 2nd wife's.[no property to the 2nd wife]
now the both wives are no more. so if still its undivided mean its should be divided as 3 shares only. or already if its divided while the 1st wife was alive, the first wife's share should goes to her son alone. so he is entitled to enjoy the half share.
