Regarding agricultural landand/or farm-house

i have purshased 60 gunthas agricultural land near nasikcity.i have done registration at registrar office.i also have 7/12 copy of the said land.land is outside of municipal corporation limit & certanly in green-zone.recently i demolished grape garden which is there when i purshased that land so land is clear with barbed wire compound.i have 2 questions 1>is it any possibility now or in near future that i can change my agri.land into Non-agri. land? which is pre-requisite to form NA title? 2>can i build farm-houses in this land and what are the rules to build farm-houses?

If the area is converted in residential zone,or within the redius of 200 meters of any goathan it is possible you can change to NA land.2) you can build form house with built-up 10% of total area.
