Dear Sir,
Respectfully, I request your opinion on a matter that my eldest brother wife putting on my family False Bride mental torturing case for money in Jharkhand law and my whole family members who are my father, Mother without me (Unmarried) and youngest sister (Unmarried)in the bar right now.
                I, therefore, pray to your goodself to kindly give me your opinion into the matter and thereby please what can I take necessary action for bail against my eldest brother`s  to save my family members. Whenever I am a resident in my friend`s house situated in Kulti, West Bengal.
We are ordinary residents so needed your advice as to what preemptive action we can take to prevent any illegal.Â

Dear Mr.Sharma,
You mean to say that your family is behind the bars. This is unprecedented in a 498A/406 case. Consult a good local lawyer there there is no reason why your bail should be denied to you all

you mean to say that your brother wife has filed case of 498 A against your family members and they are in jail now .
as soon as FIR was lodged you r brother and family members should have applied for Anticpatry bail .

You need not to worry. These are now routine cases. Bail is granted and trial runs for years and in between the possibility of compromise cannot be ruled out so try to be cool and perform your part perfectly with the help of local lawyer.
