sir , iwnt ot know that , i am tenant and i always pay rent in time. and now my landlord asking me to vacate the house, in fact i am suffering from ailment and iam not medically fit, i just want some more time to vacate the house bt the landlord daily harrashing me to vacate the house, i also wants to vacate the house but i just want some more time.
my qurey is, is their any process of law which can give me some time to vacate the house?
after that time i will vacate the house. by the reason of ailment i can not vacate the house i hve only one wife it is very difficault to vacate house immediately

have you entered into agreement with landlord?if landlord wants you to vacate he has to give u notice as per terms of agreement .

send letter to landlord pointing out that under agreement you are required to give one month or 3 months notice .

yes. agree with mr.ajay. if there is written agreement and land lord acting upon that mean you are helpless..

even though before that you just request your land lord for renew the agreement or extent the time for vacation. if he not ready mean approach the concern forum. and deposit the rent amount before the forum.
