Hi,
Does granddaughter has rights on maternal grandfather's property(Mother's father), my grandfather is no more, he has not left any will on the property and I have 2 uncles, and they not have any idea of selling this property till their lifetime, they are suggesting that their sons would sell the property and share it after my uncles' lifetime. As My mother has rights on her dad' s property so as I as i am her only daughter, can the grandsons (my uncles' sons ) can sell the property without my signature or my consent in the future (assuming after the lifetime of my uncles and my mom )

After the death of your maternal grand father (we call nana ji)if he has not left any WILL
as you say properties owned by him shall devolve upon his children and widow in equals
and so counted share of your mother can be claimed by her heirs who would be her children and husband sharing in equals.
