Summons to accused

SIR,
I am an accused in a criminal case. I have been arrested and I have taken bail from the court and waiting for summons from the court. The complainant (my sister)is in the habit of manipulating the records of the court by bribing. How can I make sure the summons should reach me. What is the procedure in issuing summons to an accused. If the summons goes to wrong person or place what action should be taken. How can I defend myself for not receiving summons.
Please give advise and suggest any action to be taken by me.

Keep a check via the local magisterial court.

Go to concerned court and ask from the record keeper/ ahalmad of court whether he has issued summons to you or not for next date.
