a mumbai partnership firm has partcipated in the exhibition and booked stall with world book fair exhibitor for the foreign amt 3.648 EUR,
IS TDS IS REQUIRED TO DEDUCT WHILE MAKING THE PAYMENT TO FOREIGN FRANKFURT EXHIBITOR?

How then are you concerned with this matter?
In any case, it is a commercial query and such queries are not being answered by the Experts in LCI.

Dear Pooja,
Your post "query are query" gives an inkling of egoism and vindicates as if you can extract answers from experts somehow or the other.
Nr. Anirudh is not wrong in terming your query as a commercial query, as you know very well that if the partners of a firm have the capacity and financial cpability to participate in international exhibition/ World Book Fair at Frankfert they can also well afford to hire services of a Tax expert to sort out their tax problem.
Even for learning sake, please don't forget, learning cannot also be achieved through egoism.
