Civil vs criminal

a and b files a civil suit against c for specific performance of a unregisterd agreement, later on c makes compromise giving some cash/land and on the basis of court closes the case as withdrawn on the basis of compromise, later on c filed a fir u/s 420, 467 , 471 etc against a and b along with others alleging that the agreement was fradulent /forged. can a and b can be challened by police in this case.

On these many facts - no such offences are made out. Infact it is cheating on the part of C as he first induced A & B to withdraw acting on his representation, and then wants to challenge his own compromise agreement, causing them injury.
