Sabotaging my bank account

hi all i am going through a divorce litogation.my husband is playing around with our joint accounts and also my single handed account.He from his post office account and other accounts use to trasfer amounts to my bank account(my single handed account) and then withdraw the samwe from atm.i in good faith and good times never asked him as to why ? but now in the court he is showing his account details tat he trassfered huge amounts to my account and that i withdrew tat money and took it in possesion? what do i do and how do i prove tat it was him and not me and tat he took my atm card or sometimes asked me to withdraw the money.

why did you give him your ATm password? you ought not to divulge your Atm account password to any one . if you have given him the atm card and password you have authroised him to with draw money from your account .
in your defence you have to say that in good faith you gave him the card / password and he used to operate your account .

You have still not written anything to the bankers.
You have still not changed ATM password.
You have still not given him notice for not continuing to use these accounts.
ATM card can be opeated in ATM and there is a video recording which police can obtain once a case of cheating is registered. Before that they have no jurisdiction.
Please be clear if the account was single handed of yours how he could transfer money out of it. If he had ATM card and password of this account then he needed not to transfer to other account and could take out of this account only.

thank u .. sir Sethi tat is only to say but he is showing his account papers in the court which show tranffered to my account and saying he use to support me with huge sums of money on the contatary he would withdraw that money and use it for himself.
Sir Sudhir he does nt have my atm card as for now and also i have changed my password. but it was while we were in good times we shared such hings but now that same has come back to haunt me as he is using that against me. what else can i do? pl suggest.
