My mother was beaten by Police Inspector simply because she was protesting black marketing of LPG Cylinders nearby our residence. We have enough documentary & photographical evidences in this matter. Sr. Police officers have not filed FIR against the PI. Now police are collecting frivolous non-cognizable complaints against her U/s 186, 504 & 506 of IPC. How to prepare grounds of writ Petition clearly stating the violation of fundamental rights? Please specify the relevant Articles of the Constitution of India.

This is violation of Article 21 and 14 of the Constitution apart from other Articles.
Take help of an advocate to file the WRIT.
After the very recent Dr Azam case the courts are very strict against character assassination without any reason or reason out of vengeance and spite.

Dear Querist
if you have documentory proof, why are you going to file writ, you should filed a criminal complaint before Magistrate and after your evidence and statement the court pass an order to registered FIR against him.
You have also right to file a writ petition before HC and SC,if you think that writ is batter, you can file a writ.
