Hi am exlporing purchase of land of 2 guntas ( 2000 sft) where in the area is fully occupied by residential buildings but land still a agri land. In this regard, kindly help in clarifying the following.
1) Since the land being agri and am not having any agri land in name, can i purchse these property.
2)with another option, can i obtain the property under registered GPA by paying stamp duty as applicable, convert into residential and register the same to my family members.
3) Is registeration of 2 guntas ( small size) properties are being allowed in Karantaka.

Will be gratefull for the help inclarifying the same since by any means we need to purchase the property inview of few obligations

it would depend upon the fact whether in karnataka to purchase agricultural and you ahve to be an agriculturist .

better ask seller to convert it into NA then buy the land
