Dear Respected Sir,
i am the new (junior Lawyer) in this noble proffession doing independently through lawyersclubindia.com.
i have one query regarding 1st party gave cheque amount for 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacks only) and he gone for abroad. now he is not available in India i am in Bangalore now.
query is :
1) what i do now
please help me as soon as possible.
can i complaint against him in police station and which jurisdication.
please help me out in this..

no you can not complain in a police station for a cheque bounce case. You have to file a case before a Magistrate under 138 NI Act.

better file a summary suit . if unbale to serve him make application for substituted service .

Dear Sir,
Please Verify his detailes,if he has any property in india please send a legal notice to his last residing address and then take subsitute service and file suit with attachment of his immovabe property through court.
Othervise if his parents or wife are living in india You may after sending collection for the cheque,you may send notice by stating that his wife or parants also recived the money and gave cheque in their present.and notice must be in criminal nature offance U/s 420 IPC, then file privite complaint by arreing their Parent or his wife as acused.
