Dear Sir/Madam,
I have married orphen Girl in one of the orphen institute(NGOS),recently i had news she is having parents and everyone,last month only i no this fact,at the time of marriage NGOs people didnt say anything and my wife also didnt told me about there parents.
My questione is can i proceed legally regarding this case,can i put case against my wife as well concern NGOs??They all are cheated me,now i am suffering mentally about this issue.

first send a legal notice to both for cheating you and for concealing material facts from you.

First send a legal notice to both parties for concealment of material fact and then file a case against both. You can also file a matrimonial suit for annulment of marriage.

I think otherwise. It is true that your wife and NGO management has not told you truth and thus have played with your sentiments but still you control over your feelings and think cool. In case you move ahead, it shall definitely bring cracks in your married life which can go to any extent. You should also consider the consequences of future before you initiate any action in that direction.
Their may be some circumstances which led your wife to orphanage otherwise no parents shall tolerate their daughter to get married there. Such daughter now your wife really requires your love and affection. You should realize your wife and NGO officials but do not go beyond that aspect. Be happy in you married life.
