i have filed a review petition.every thing limitation etc is correct but the date of the said order by mistake was written 4/9/12 instead of 3/9/12. the hearing date was on 6/10/12.on this date the respondent filed a reply that there was no order on 4/9 so the petition be dismissed.now the next hearing is on 10/10/12.as now the limitation of one month has expired .what should be my stand on that data? my advocate say that he will plead that it was a typing mistake. thanking you in advance.

file application u/s 151 of CPC with ur affidavit for correcting order date asap and if allowed by court then file amended review petition.

ask ur lawyer to take steps advised to u
asap before 10/10/12.to be on safer side
otherwise court may dismiss ur review
petition .
