My boyfriend first raped me later he gave me false promise of marriage and again used me sexually made me pregnant.Later tried to leave me and marry another girl.Since i was pregnant at that time he returned back and aborted me after 6months again he is now escaping from me saying that his parents are not agreeing so from 1month on wards he is asking to marry with another guy.But right now i want to marry him or teach him a lesson for his life time.Because when i approached his parents they are supporting his son saying that they will bribe the police and lawyer and make his son safe.This guy is playing same pranks with me.I have all the photographs of me with him,sms,voice recordings in which his parents are abusing me in a very vulgar manner.And even he abusing me saying that i had many boyfriends with whome i had sexual relation.

If you say that your boy friend had promised to marry you after which you agreed to allow him to have s*x with you & that after having s*x with you with the promise of marriage, he is now backing out, it will be a case of rape.
Lodge a police complainst accordingly with all the evidences.

Making physical relation on false promise of marriage is rape.
If you want to punish him for his offence then do lodge complaint of rape without wastage of time anymore.

it would amount to rape . but you have to prove your case that you had sex with promise of marriage

Your case depends upon valid and sound proof. But, sorry to say, I do not find any substance in this rape case, where sex happens first and promise to marriage at a later stage. That could be a case of friendly sex with mutual consent. The case can be treated as an hypothetical rape case in the aforesaid circumstances.
