A great help needed..........

(Querist) 15 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sirs, may I please request all of you for a help. Could anyone please send me a .pdf copy of my article which appeared in the 2012 October Issue of Crim Law Journ at pages 296-300. I don't subscribe and so finding it difficult to get one. I would be more than happy to receive the cover page of the Crim L J which contains the volume number and dates of issue.

The title of the article is "DNA Testing: Mere match is not conclusive proof unless statistics corroborate". Look forward to your kind help.

All experts are being wrong. If you understand the principles of DNA testing, then all experts will realise that 'mere match of DNA profiles is not conclusive proof unless statistics corroborate'. So unless the DNA report issuing expert is cross examined in course of trial of the paternity suit filed by Mr Shekar and the validity of DNA report is established beyond reasonable doubt, then only Mr Tiwari can be declared as the biological father. Till such time, status quo remains.
