Engagement of lawyers in mutually consented case

Whether in a MUTUALLY CONSENTED DIVORCE case a single Lawyer can file the case for both the girl and the boy ( for Petitioner No 1 and 2)or PRECISELY separate lawyers (one for girl and the second one for boy)TOTAL 2 has to be engaged.
Please help

in a MUTUALLY CONSENTED DIVORCE case a single Lawyer CAN file the case for both the girl and the boy ( for Petitioner No 1 and 2).

IF COUPLE WISH, THEY NEED NOT APPOINT ANY LAWYER IN FAMILY COURT.

A single lawyer can not represent both the parties. You need separate lawyer for both parties.
