i dont want share in property is it possible to prove legally ie is it possible by making an agreement or i want to transfer my share of property to other members of family immediately without any consideration is it possible or if i gift it can i make a gift deed.

You can get registered gift deed which shall require stamp duty to be paid by the donee and you can also relinquish your entire share as desired by way of registration of Relinquishment Deed which requires only token stamp duty.

gift deed attracts 2%stamp duty . relinquishment deed attracts nominal stamp duty in case made in favour of relatives . check the stamp act of your state
