Dear Sir

If in a PFA matter, there is contradiction of opinion in first and second sample report, wherein 2nd sample report is authoritative over first one, can the accused company proceed for filing of quash proceeding taking ground of BENEFIT OF DOUBT.

Instead of going for quashing, it is better to face trial as the benefit of doubt shall definitely go in favour of accused in the given facts.
