Inheritance by pakistani citizens

my mother who is alive along with her brothers and sister.they were born in hydrabad deccan.their grandfather owns a huge property in hydrabad.after partition my mother's family came to pakistan and got a domocile in pakistan.having learnt recently of the repealed law of 1970 where by property rights to pakistani migrants were restored, now they want thier share of the property in Hydrabad deccan .at the moment my mother's cousins are getting thier share. my mother and her brothers and sisters want thier share in the property.Their plea is that they are also the rightful legal heirs but being pakistanis their names have been fraudulently not disclosed on the record of the court. Now they have filed their claims for the two properties. Inthe first case the civil judge admitted their claim and accepted them as heirs and final decision is pending but in the second property case a different judge dismissed the appeal saying they have no right as they belong to enemy country. However, i am also aware of a similar case in Banglore where rights of inheritance have been granted to pakistani citizens both in civil and high court and the grounds of enemy country were over ruled twice. Kindly help us with your sincere advise in our favor please. does my mother have a chance to succeed

Kindly somebody else from the forum reply to my query. I do not consider the above answer satisfactory. There is a local advocate addressing our casse but i thought I could obtain some more expert opinions through your club but feel greatly disappointed with the above reply. I see other queries being answered adequately and would request someone who is sincere to his/her profession and the objective of this club to help me out. thanks
