Will the WAKALATNAMA be inadmissible in Courts if the petitioner writes on the WAKALATNAMA that “I an executing this WAKALATNAMA without any compromise with the Complainant/Respondents”? (In order to eliminate any possibility of misuse of the WAKALATNAMA, because the Petitioner resides in another state very far from the court.).
Suggestions please!!!

A vakalatnama is simply a power by which a client conveys his powers to do all desires his advocate should do on his behalf. Generally it is in standard printed form which does includes power to compromise also.
I do not see any illegality caused if power to compromise is not conferred upon advocate by his client.
