False fir onder ipc 306

SIR, My innocent brother commit suicide in 6.11.2010 in his house as he was in depression due to the mentle/physical torture by her wife as she use to allege him by making false complaints of dowry and domestic violence in police station. But I did not complaint against her keeping in view of small children of my brother in my statement to police over his death. . The police/I.O take written statement of my bhabhi, her father and myself on 6.11.2010 and sent the deadbody of my brother for postmortem . In the Written Statement of my bhabhi, her father and myself none of us held responsible each other for death of my brother and it was stated by all that due the disease of depression he committed suicide. The case was closed under Section-174.
But afterward she became overconfident that she can do anything and can harm to anybody being WOMEN by making false complaints against anybody. Now she is torturing me , my parents,my sisters and my brother-in -law as follows:-
1. Five months later (in MAY 2011)after the death of my brother they suddenly alleged to local police by producing false/fabricated evidence and are interpreting the same in their own way/style that” her husband suicide because of our conspiracy . The police inquired the case and dismiss her complaint.
2. Then she approach to ACP, then to Commisioner of police with the request to F.I.R against us under IPC 306 over the suicide of her husband but everywhere her complaint was rejected after enquiry.
3. Then she approach National Human Right Commission (NHRC).
NHRC forwarded the complain to State Crime Branch.
4. D.S.P of State crime Branch did not behave with me properly while inquiry with me as he was given Bribe by the opposite party. He talk to me rudely. And he sent the report against us stating that the matter is doubtful and FIR should be lodged.
5. Giving reference of that report she again approach to local police to lodge FIR, the police again turned down her complain.
6.But she make the base of that S.C.B report and complain to Chief Minister flying Squad department against local police and against us.
7. we faced enquiry from DSP of Chief Minister flying Squad .Now it has been learnt that the DSP has sent the report in our favour.
8. But now on the base of Report of DSP State Crime Branch they requested to DGP Haryana to Lodge FIR against us . Now on the order of DGP Haryana the FIR under IPC 306 has been lodge against my mother,myself ,my sister and brother in law. Whereas all the other reports has not been taken into consideration which were in our favour.
9. It has been learnt that IPC 306 is appox.unbailable .My life will be ruined if I not get bail or if FIR not dismissed.
Please guide me how can I counteract her false FIR otherwise I will also be depressed like my brother? So please give me guidance

Do not worry.
After so many months of incident the investigation should not hold much evidence against you. Mere complaint without evidence has no bearing effect.
Peruse the FIR, talk to your lawyer and prepare to apply for bail.
If his wife was guilty then you made a mistake by not complaining against her.
