Good Evng Sir,
I was accused in false 498a case and I came on bail and my family members ( with me 6 members i,e A1 to A6 ) got anticipatory bail and just 4 days back I/O had submitted charge sheet. So, along with charge sheet regarding my two sisters the I/O had enclosed one copy by stating that there are no allegations on A5 & A6 accused and there is no witness against accused A5 & A6. So, is there any chance that court can remove my two sisters names or need not to attend the court during trial or they can become free from this case.So, pls kindly give your valuable information on this.

as per charge sheet there is no evidence against your sisters . you cna go in fr quashing if you so desire

If police has not produced any material against both of your sisters in final charge-sheet then both should move an application before trial court to discharge them and this application shall be allowed keeping in view the material on file and then only they shall be out of the case.

You are free to go to High court under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code for rest of 4 accused persons seeking quashing of FIR but not against A-5 & A-6.
