I have married 11 years back. Due to some differences my wife is staying away for all these years wih her parents . I have tried to contact her but it has not been useful . My question . WHEN IS A MARRIAGE NULL AND VOID ? Can it be so in my case ?

YES:
yOU HAVE TO PROVE YOUR STORY IN M.PETITION DIVORCE U/S 13 AS UR MARRIAGE IS EMPTY CELL OF RELATIONSHIP.
So Divorce will be granted to you.
Only Court can declare it as null and void.
In fact Marriage is Marriage, in your case is nothing is null and void. [ untill court order Divorced. ]

Only solution is Petition of Divorce for reason of sepn 11 yrs.

NO!YOUR MARRIAGE IS NOT NULL AND VOID.TO PART WITH A DIVORCE DECREE SHALL BE NEEDED.

It is not null and void.
Either file RCR to get your wife back or file suit for divorce.

if you had been married 11 years back and your wife has desrted you what were you doing all these years . contact a local lawyer and file for divorce . marriage is not null and void

After spending such long period with your wife, you cannot claim the marriage as null and void rather can go only for divorce.
