Dear experts , what is the time limit for an a court degree.that is on concept degree, i heared there is an citation on degrees ,after 1982-or 1985 if any court decree obtained it shall be not valid null and void. is it is correct , and if the person shall not impleded in concorned revenue records still date on court decree which is [1992] can it is valid ? kindly give me advise ..thanking you sirs

for recovering money (i.e) the money suit, the validity of degree is 12 years, (i.e) within 12 years after getting degree, one who take execution petition before court to enforce the degree. Similarly if you get preliminary degree within 3 years you would file a court to get final degree

sir thanks if the final degree was not obtained before or after 1992 what is the degrees validation still now the pitinor was not obtained the final degree ,can respondent challenge for cansalization of said degree? on which grounds can respondents want to cancell the peripitual injenction , decree now kindly reply how to cancell the decree itis my friends respondent case, want to cancell the same at present .kindly reply urgent sir..this an land matter ..
