Adoption to my secound husband

my 1st husband has expired, and in between us have a son age about 6 years,and he is with my 1st in-laws last four months without any custody from court, now i want to give adoption to my secound husband without there consent
1)my 1st in-law had only son, how he lost.
2)can my son loose rights on there assets.

you are mother of child . why you want to give your child to your second husband for adoption . ?

your in laws can bequeath self acquired property to whom so ever they please . your son has no rights on said property unless they die without making a will
