Problems after posession

Respected one,
Q1:
1.After 18-20 years , We won case to take possession of our house with police help at tehsil level.
2.1st turn police , baliff went with us with court warrants for possession but opposite party demand time to shift their goods. And we gave 7 days’ time. But even after 15 days they did not empty our home.
3.Then with new warrant , we have taken possession of our house with our locks (with police help with court’s order.)
4.During possession, opposite party had taken responsibility of their all goods to pick up and taken their goods on road.
5.But now problem is that opposite party is residing on road from the same day(15 days have passed), in front of our that house with their useless 2nd hand goods where as good condition goods they have picked up . And threatening to kill us when we go to our that home(we are still on rent on other city).
6.So we complained same matter to police from ‘local police post’ to ‘SP’ level and requested to do “Zamant” of opposite party for our family security.
7.But Police says Zamant shall be of both parties and we can’t do anything to pickup opposite party’s goods as they are on road and not breaking your locks. Go to court. But court has finished that case with our signature after possession. So our lawyer says go to police as it is police matter.
8.So we want only Opposite Party Side who are threatening to us and we want they even pickup goods from road. So tell us what we can do in this situation.
Q2:
Can we file case if police delay as police is delaying consciously.

Making life threats is criminal offence. At least for this go to police.

Interval of two days we visit to Police But Police says go to court.Can we file case against police that police doing nothing even 15 days past.As police is also harassing us by not doing anything.

we have consulted many time to our lawyer who won our case and always he suggest to approach police but police says go to court.
if we have to court then why not against police also.
Can we file case against police if police delay as police is delaying consciously.
