You are advised to hire a local lawyer and approach to the rent control tribunal at your earliest.

The new land lord can not evict you forcefully. But do not default in paying rent. How you know about change of land lordship?Any notice given to you?
Better visit a lawyer dealing rent cases.

Harassment is illegal but every landlord is free to get his property vacated only by legal means to be proved by him before Rent Controller so nothing is required to be done from your side except to strongly chase such person not to adopt illegal means.
