1. It is sufficient to initiate a case but not enough to prove dowry.
2.If you have taken money from them then repay it anyway.
3.If wife is pregnant then are you thinking of divorce.
Divorce should be counted as last measure of settlement especially when a new member is coming in your family.'For the sake of the child forsake all egos and settle amicably.

Dear Querist
if they filed any false cases against you and your family you can be filed divorce case against your wife based on cruelty.(filing false cases against husband and his family comes under cruelty.

Legal battle should be filed only within the legal parameters by every party to the case so you are advised not to raise the issues of ego or experience of divorce and like that as no father shall be happy if the married life of his daughter is spoiled and she comes back to her parental home for ever.
