I have a flat at GB Road, Thane(W)given on rent. The tenants, the mother and son are working. So I am unable to get any registered/speed post letters addressed to me. can I give authority letter to Kolshet PO to deliver my letters to Brindaban Society, where I am currently staying? Or should I give the authority letter to my neighbor to take the delivery of my letter. Please clarify.

yes you can give authorization letter at the post office

The best way is to give authority letter to the Post Master to deliver letters addressed to you, to your neighbour.

But, slowly and steadily you have to intimate your new address to all from whom you expect to receive letters.
