Dear Sir
1)Please give details like how much amount of stamp fees advalorum is to be paid for residential house (Rs. 3.2 Cr valuation) in Delhi for probate of WILL in which beneficiary is blood relation with Testator.
2)Is there any maximum limit cut off for stamp fees advalorum of Probate the WILL if beneficiary is blood relation with Testator irrespective of market value of house in Delhi. Please give in detail
3)Regarding filing of Administration Bond and furnishing Surety Bond by named Executor and natural & legal heir of the Testator is there any recent case in Delhi High Court where Administration Bond and Surety Bond requirement has been wavied off in case of sole beneficiary

in mahrashtra maximum amount is Rs 75,000 for obtaning probate of will . check delhi court fees act for stamp duties on probate in delhi

In WB the highest court fees for Probate is Rs 50,000/-.

Stamp duty is Delhi in such matters is 2% and there is no highest limit. Blood relative has no preferential right or reduction in advolerum court fee.
