Should i apply for tranfer if socity shares with illegal managing commitee

i have purchased a plot in a cooperative society where the managing is illegal as they were not legaly elected
as per cooprrstive act nor they is bills for maintaince
and no bonds executed under act ( m20 should i a9ply for transfer of my society shares which are sighned by only self elected president

You have to bring these irregularities before the office of registrar of cooperative society.

Registrar is the only competent authority. Make detailed representation to him and if no action is initiated by him then move to high court under a writ.
