dear sir
i have a will of land written by my grand father on plain white paper in 2012.
please tell me this is valid or not.

Sir,
[1] A Will on a plain white paper is valid.
[2] The Will of a person comes into force only on his death.
[3] The Will has to be witnessed by two persons, stating that the testator has signed in their presence.
[4] The witnesses should not be the beneficiaries under the Will.
[5] The Will has to be probated by a Court of Law.

Probation of will is not mandatory all over India. Will can also be got written on plain paper subject to conditions told by Kishor.

will is valid it has to be signed in presence of 2 with esses by testator
