Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in regards to the Injunction order on a property which is in the court from Jan 2011. Recently I approached my lawyer asking to take an Injunction Order for which they said it is impossible to it now. When consulted one of the known lawyer of my friends, he said it is possible. When informed the same to my lawyer he gave back all the case papers along with a legal form signed.
I am here to clarify the same with some experts here.
Is it really not possible to take an Injunction on a case filed 2 years back, and why would my lawyer return the case though I have paid them well.

The question which relates to your lawyer should not be asked from us. How can we reply on his part?
So far as legal aspect of your case is concerned, your question can be answered in negative as well as in affirmative.
It depends upon the facts of the stay application whether the same can be moved after 2 years of filing the suit or not.
