sir i stay in mumbai in a pagdi system building which is about to redevelop so what r the things i should remember while taking the deal and how much area can i demand more, at present my area is 330 sq.ft,Thank you

listen to offer being given by landlors/builder . are you being offered ownership rights ? or additional room ? consider the offer and let the tenants take a united stand regarding redevlopment
