Please suggest best, If mr.A(my friend) has permanent resident of delhi and six years ago one case had been regd against mr.A in state of maharashtra US 279,304A Because of one person injured while car driving out of state maharashtra.Now case is still pending and mr A planning to get fresh passport to go abroad please provide the best answer below.
1.what would be happened If mr.A will not mention in passport form that case is pending.
If am I right May be passport can be issued to mr A because May be police of maharashtra were not record name of Mr A in Crime system and in police verification Mr A will get clean Chit and passport will be issued to him.

Even if a mentions truth, his passport shall not be restricted to him rather he shall get it because the crime is not of moral turpitude.
