Hello

IN DV case I want atleast one week more time to file counter affadavit/ written objection will court give me time or not.
whether it will dilute my case.

And I would like to know what other party(girl side) will do when they don't find written objection on given date.

court wil grant one week time . why dont you raise all queries in same thread

File an application in the court seeking grant of some more time to file the reply. The other side may object.

Even oral request can be made for this purpose and generally courts grant sufficient time to file the reply.
