Can I got Order of Deduction from Salary of my husband for life time, in the application of CRPC 125(3) in family court? as I husband not pay regular maintenance amount ?

Depending upon facts and circumstances, the court can pass the order for deduction of maintainance from the salary of the husband. However, the order will not be for the lifetime.

Agree with the experts, court if satisfied may order for deduction of maintenance amount from the salary of the husband. It is doubted, the order for life time would be passed.

It can be so if court is satisfied.But how for life time?Can not he lose his job for some fault towards employer?
