Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend is going through a divorce where she has filed on cruelty and domestic violence. Her husband is ready to dissolve the marriage with 4 lakhs as her permanent alimony. Earlier they had agreed to bear the child's expenses but now they say that they do not need either the visitation nor the relationship with the child. How can she get justice for her daughter. her husband works in a corporate earning around 45,000 and has an own house worth more than 80 lakhs. how should she proceed furhter

you didnt mentioner her daughter age ?
as per law, a female child natural Guardian as mother upto major, if she is agreed before the court to bear the child, if the court accepted, you can go appeal or revision petition.

1)you have not mentioned your friend qualifications .
2) wife should insist on maintenance if she is not working . further she would also be entitled for mintenance for the child .
3) Rs 4 lakhs as permanent alimony is very less .
4) you must have engaged a local lawyer . go by his advise

Your friend should contact a local family lawyer should file maintenance case and also should take any other step as advised by him.

Your friend cannot force her husband to visit the child however, she can only seek maintainance for the kid. Consult a local lawyer and get the amount of alimony enhanced.
