Respected sir,
My father is refugee and can me to India in 1950 and he was allotted house against his claim 1954 and a part payment was made evev in case by him and as per the record also the prperty is on his name. He made a will regd. Will before the sub registrar,Delhi.as per the said will, the said prperty is his self acquired property. And eight legal heirs I.e. Three beneficiaries and five legal boers, out of this five, two had been expired long back and did not stay even for a day with us in Delhi as they are staying at out stations and had already taken their shares as pretty by my father. My father also expired in 1982.. I am one of the beneficiery, can I file for probating the will or is there any provision that I can go for mutation for transfer the prperty with Govt. In the nanes of the three beneficiaries. Request action advice.
With kind regards

As per my info probate is not required in Delhi and property can be straightly mutated in the name of the beneficiary. However, get it confirmed from a local lawyer.

contact a local lawyer. In some places probate of the will is not required, but it is always better to get the will probated. If at your place probate is not necessary, beneficiary can go for mutation straightway.

Respected sir,
As far as I know that there is a Hon,ble SC judgement also that in Delhi , probation of will is not required. Secon thing which I know that also mutation can be done in Delhi in favour of benificeries only if the prperty belong to DDA whereas there is no such circular for mutate of prperty in LN & DO, dehi. In case thereof any circular of LN & Do which favors the beneficiaries of registered will. I will be very grateful to u for favoring me.
With kind regars
