Hello,
I am a christian girl & wants to marry with muslim person who is already married. In this case how we can get leagally married..? Do we need her consent..? We dont want to get divorce from first wife.Also I dont want to convert into muslim.So please help us to sort out our problem..Thanks

you want to marry a muslim but don't want to convert . your fiancée does not want to divorce his first wife . forget him and move on in life . no shortage of men in india

If you remain what you claim to be then your desire is impossible as you can not register marriage under Special marriage Act with man already married and there is no other mode
with any of haqim lookman who can get you marry with him without his divorce of previous wife or without your conversion.So continue as you are continuing with him or move in life.

Any conversion for the purpose of marriage will be a sham conversion. So no use converting for marriage. As advised by our experts, it is better you forget him and settle with some other person. Second wife under Christian Law has no status.

You do not want to do anything but you want that your relation should be legalized. This is not possible. If you are interested in physical relation, you can continue as it is, if you wish to establish your own life, come out of the tangle.
