Sir/Mam,
1. For example, when an appeal is preferred, U/s 19 of the Family Court Act, why is it termed as MFA and not RFA, even when the appeal is from a final judgement of the family court. I know that the term MFA's are used for appeal from orders on IA, but whey so called when an appeal is from final order, like u/s 19.

These are just nomenclatures by Court's rules to identify their listed business as there can not be reason why my name is prabhakar your's is reshma.
First appeal from orders are called FAFO.

I told you a first appeal from any interim order is called FAFO.

Sir, where do we file an application for permission to sell a minor's property by the guardian. Is it the family court?
2. Also which is the act which governs Christian regarding Guardianship, etc

Minors who are Christians are governed by the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. Application for permission to sell the property of the minor may be filed in the Dt Court where the minor for the time being resides. For more details pl browse internet by typing "Guardians and Wards Act, 1890"

No it is not the family court.
It is moved before District Judge of the Civil court.
"Guardians and Wards Act, 1890" applies to every body.
