How to complain agianst corruption to the special anti-corruption courts

Sir, I want to complain against corruption in central govt office to the special cbi anti-corruption court that is set up for handling cases regarding corruption in central govt offices. Is the procedure the same as in S.200 crpc. pls guide me with the procedure and format.
