Land acquisition

Sir,
A writ petition file against land acquisition. The Madras HC quased quashed 4(1) Notification in 2009 and mentioned that the TN govt. wants to issue a fresh notification, but till now the govt. has not issued fresh 4(1) notifiction. So, i want any time period is there to issue 4(1) notification from the date of judgement.

wait and watch . the govt must have changed its mind for acquisition of your land

No time till it is mentioned in the judgement.

There is no time limit and their may be possibility wherein such land is not required now by State and thus no notification may be issued.
