Membership of bar association

One of my friend is enrolled in Delhi Bar Council and has taken membership of Patiala House Court.

Can he taken membership of any bar association in India, If yes, what is the procedure and fee, if any, to be charged to change bar association?

he can take membership of any other bar

association by filing its form and by depositing some fee.
