Dear Concern,
I had filed a case in District court of Thane as per Regular Civil Suit against one of my tenant of my chawl & same had got decree from hon'ble judicial magistrate & finally got the possession for the same & tenant had been evicted.
Now the said plot is under SRD Scheme & with the help of some unfair means the tenant who had been defended in Court of law had submitted his document & got the eligibility (Patra)from Thane Municipal Corporation with a intention to get new accomodation in the same. I had made an application in Thane Municipal Commissioner to make changes in the name but since from last four months had over, in spite of continuing follow-up no response seems to be have from Honorable Deputy Commissioner (Slum Re-development) & Community Development officers... Please help me in this regards... Awaiting for your kind reply...

Immediately serve a legal notice to the commissioner and then file either a writ petition or a civil suit and also file a criminal case against such ex. tenant who had criminally prepared fradulant documents and have used them fully knowing them fraudulantly prepared and has thus made fraud with you.
