My father has filed a case again tenant, who is not ready to go from our shop. our case is now in high court, but nowadays tenant has started reporting fake cases in police station just to harsh our family. what should we do now?? please advice experts.

you have not mentioned the details of fake cases filed by tenant . without knowing the details it would be difficult to advise .

inform the cops that case for eviction of tenant is pending in HC . these fake complaints have been filed only to harass your family . police will carry out investigations on the complaints made by tenant .
